Overview
At our company, we are dedicated to delivering your order with precision and care, ensuring it arrives in excellent condition as described on our website. Each item undergoes stringent Quality Control before dispatch. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return your purchase.
Return Eligibility
What Can Be Returned?
- If you don’t like the product or it does not match the description and images on our website.
- If the product is not as advertised.
- If the product is defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used products that have defects (such as shrinkage or stitching issues).
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all products must meet the following criteria:
- The product must remain unused.
- It must be in its original packaging, maintaining its original form.
- Product labels must be attached.
- All returned products will be inspected to ensure they meet the above conditions. Non-compliant products will be sent back to the customer’s address.
Courier Costs
The company will not cover all courier charges for product replacements.
Notification and Process
To initiate a return, notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our Customer Support Help Line at 03 2 8 8 9 0 8 1 9 1. Our support staff will provide the address for the return.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund or process a replacement as per your request. Refunds will be disbursed within 72 hours after receiving the product. If a replacement is ordered, it will be treated as a new order, subject to the terms and conditions of the new product.
Customer Entitlements
If your return is accepted, you are entitled to receive a full cash snd refund.
